We pride ourselves on putting our own spin on down home classics. Catch our food concession trailer for hotdogs, burgers, chopped BBQ, or brisket. Don't forget the chili chese fries or the BBQ or the brisket fries or even Brunswick stew (when available).
CATERING
Thinking of a large gathering? A wedding or graduation party in your future? Why not have a pig picking? We'll cook a whole pig on our custom pig cooker (see pic below), either at your site or we will bring it in. We can bring our mobile kitchen to your site to prepare all the fixin's you chose as well!!
Now, our hotdog chili, BBQ sauces, or Brunswick stew are sure to please, but we are not just backyard or BBQ cooks. We have well over 1500 recipes, from prime rib (excellent for a business gathering!!), to chicken salad, to pork tenderloin with jalapeno honey, to Italian sausage with mushroom ragout... and if you want a sweet finish, try Philip's brownies, or Papa's banana pudding, or strawberry cake, or peach cobbler, or...
